Guided is a startup focusing on building the world's most advanced management software for wellness experiences, managing surfaces like health intake, payments, client management, etc.
This case study focuses on the creation of the application page, allowing prospective retreat leaders to enter their business details and have a direct pipeline to entering the system.
The main problem our team was facing was that clients are importing their data from other existing systems, and that there was no centralized area where leads were being funnelled into.
Additionally, we were experiencing a large influx of client requests to onboard at the time, causing our team to split attention between building out the product and managing new clients.
- Existing data from other, unrelated platforms
- Large influx of new clients
- Unclear steps for new clients to onboard onto Guided
We approached this problem by creating a new surface in our landing page that is easy to access for prospective providers. On this page, we wanted to entice new clients to onboard, showing them exclusive benefits.
Furthermore, we wanted to clear up the ambiguity surrounding the application process. Thus, we created a dedicated section on the page to show the steps starting from prospecting, all the way to the client getting access to Guided.
The landing page had to be snappy and clearly state any benefits upfront. We didn't want users to misunderstand why they should join Guided. Having the two key benefits upfront solved this problem.
Secondly, the form itself had to strike a balance between being informative enough for our team, but short enough that potential clients won't churn halfway through. We decided that multiple choice questions were suitable, as clients can click around easily and quickly.
Finally, we decided to route the client's info to our team's AI agent. This allowed us to parse the information clients added, and immediately create a workspace for them, allowing the clients to get from 0 to 1 very quickly.
- Clear benefits upfront
- Multiple choice questions that are easy to click through to reduce churn
- AI information intake to accelerate onboarding
I built out the page in React and Typescript. I used agent-assisted coding, choosing claude code as a harness.
I focused on ensuring that the page has a premium feel, while still being in-line with the other pages on the platform. We had to differentiate the page, while still staying on brand.
We launched our page, which can be found here. New clients are now using the form to sign up to Guided.
Along with this process, the team has reduced the amount of time spent doing manual work in onboarding the clients, instead allowing our agent to build out the necessary workspace with the details captured in the form.
